Life has brought Jennifer many beautiful things: a son, who teaches her patience, love, creativity, and empathy. Life also helped her grow by providing a debilitating illness, which changed her life in 2008. These two opposing gifts brought challenges. However, they also accelerated Jennifer’s desire to reconnect with her true passions. This new journey lead her to change careers and to relocate to South Lake Tahoe.
Jennifer strives to bring about change from within. She focuses on a well-rounded approach to life-change and physical performance.
Jennifer began her on-and-off yoga practice over 18 years ago. Six years ago Jennifer fell in love with the art, science, therapy, and alignment principles of Anusara Yoga, studying with many great teachers (John Friend, Peggy Profant, Robyn Smith, Christina Sell, Amy Ippoliti, and Desiree Rambuagh) and received her 300-hour Yoga teacher training. In 2012, Jennifer became an Anusara-inspired Yoga teacher. The study of Yoga and the practice of Asana became an integral part of Jennifer’s life Journey.
